Helena, Montana: Independent Publishing Company. Very Good. 1911. Pamphlet. Brown wrappers with black lettering on cover. Slight creasing and shelf wear to wrappers. Single folded sheet is glued to inside of back wrapper, resulting in 4 pages. Glue is still quite tight. Interior has some creasing, otherwise clean. Date stamp from March, 1914 on inside of front wrapper. This brief annual report from the Montana Board of Stock Commissioners to the state's Governor (Edwin L. Norris) gives a synopsis of the work done during 1911 and a table of how money was disbursed. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 4 pp .
