Very Good/good. 191 pages, illustrated with black and white photographs and facsimile documents as well as drawings. A limited, numbered edition honoring Margaret Mitchell and her work. Number 326 of 965. Burgundy binding with photograph of Margaret Mitchell on front cover, gilt titles on front cover and spine. Very little shelf wear to cover with minor bumping of spine ends and corners, interior pages bright and clean, signed and inscribed on half title "To Chase Stephens, With best wishes, Lucille Thompson Love, June 11, 1993." Also laid in is an invitation to the grand opening of The Road To Tara Museum on June 10, 1993. White illustrated dust jacket with black titles on front cover and spine is a little soiled with minor scuffs, light edge wear, cut a little smaller than the book, not clipped.
