London: George Routledge, 1911 First edition. HB. Green cloth with gilt titles to front and spine, with gilt images. Top edges gilt. x, 316pp, quarto. With 52 colour plates from watercolours by James Ogilvy, tissue-guarded (titles on these). Following from his book of 1910 on the City of London, Ogilvy depicts buildings and scenes of the rest of London. Includes a view of a silk-weaver in Bethnal Green. Detailed historical text. Very Good. Bright covers with light rubbing to edges. Pages and plates clean, some occasional light foxing and browned endpapers, and some browning to tissues .
