United States of America: Cato Douglas, 2011. Book. Near Fine. Soft cover. 1st. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Gladys Davis (Turner Wilmore) was executive secretary to Edgar Cayce from 1923 until his death in 1945, recording his Readings and transcribing them. A few months before his death, Cayce wrote the 201 pages. Board of Trustees of A.R.E. that he wished Gladys Davis to be his personal representative, and treasurer of the Association. After Cayce's death Davis became guardian and archivist of his Readings. The story of Davis' life is closely allied with that of Edgar Cayce and the Association for Research and Enlightenment..
