London: Collins, 1950. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo, xii + pp180 with colour frontispiece by Eric Hosking and b/w photo's, maps, diagrams and illustrations throughout. Hardcover with dust jacket. Unclipped DJ designed by Rosemary and Clifford Ellis in protective sleeve in good condition with some foxing, mostly to back cover. Green cloth binding with gilt titles to spine in very good condition with a little fading of gilt. Inside in very good condition, clean and bright with a few spots of foxing to fore edge. A nice copy.
