Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Contains black and white plates. Translated by Stella Humphries. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Heavier to front and rear free endpapers and pastedowns. Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Tape repair to front free endpaper. Previous tape marks to front and rear pastedowns and free endpapers. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Minor sunning to edges. Notable crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering to spine is bright and clear. Glue mark to front board. Unclipped jacket. Jacket is in taped plastic cover. Visible sunning to spine. Overall, jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Brown mark to rear panel. Textblock is shaken.
