Garden City: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1909. Cloth. Good +. A Good + copy. 8vo., xii, (i), 461 pp., illustrated with a portrait frontispiece,and b&w photographic plates. Bound in grey cloth with confederate flag in gilt field, bordered by green laurel leaves. Spine sunned, with wear at the spine's crown. Lower front tip bumped. The frontispiece's tissue guard is foxed, with some transferring to the frontispiece and title page. Other plates clean with clean tissue guards. Previous owner's inscription and 1915 date on a front end paper.
