Red ink on beige paper. Forty-two lines of text. Some loss to one line with resulting loss to a few letters, in four words (still readable.) Detailed recipes are included for each of the items listed. A manuscript note along the bottom of the broadside, reads: "This is sold to [no name given] for his use only."
