About This Item

Seven people died on a tragic 1967 climbing expedition on Denali (Mt. McKinley) in Alaska. The first book written on the story, Howard Snyder's "Hall of the Mountain King", contained extensive criticism of the leader of the group, Joe Wilcox. This rare book is Snyder's response to that criticism, and preceded his later book "White Winds". The book is in near fine condition, possible unread. There is the slightest fading to the spine color.
