"To P.K.W.T., otherwise known as Philip Klass of 7 1/2 Jane Street, a man who talks on the telephone quite a bit & never goes but seldom arrives and will be there in ten minutes next year, and will listen to an old dog's troubles faithfully & help it discover fleas, a rare case P.K.W.T., Salud Calder W." Spine ends lightly pushed, bottom board corners with touch of wear, pages toned; dustjacket with chips at all corners and spine ends, some loss of the front panel topedge, closed tear on the front panel and two tears on the back panel, toned spine and flaps. Tight copy in Very Good condition in just a Fair dustjacket with the printed price intact. The inscriptee was William Tenn who used the pen-name Philip Klass for his science fiction, notable for its satiric elements. Not commonly available signed.. Inscribed by Author. First Edition. Hardcovers. Very Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Association Copy.
