With Interspersed and Instructive Reflections on the Discipline of the Primitive Churches. Boston: Printed for S. Gerrish in Cornhill, 1726. [2],iv,10,207,[3]pp., including contents leaf. Mid-20th-century polished calf, boards and spine gilt, black and red leather labels gilt, inner dentelles gilt. Titlepage browned, worn, and soiled, with old tear repaired in lower third of page.
