London: Waverley Book Company Limited Book. Good. Hardcover. 8vo. 4 Volumes, This Edition is specially prepared for Subscribers. (the original slips remain in the books) No Date circa 191, .pp 760. Illustrated with 24 colour plates, 12 folding plates and upwards of 300 Photographs. Original blue cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine, gilt vignette of a winged train to front boards, some general wear and a few marks, rubbing to joints and extremities. Contents good, no inscriptions, no spotting, bindings a little shakey in a couple of volumes, the edges of a few of the folding plates have been trimmed (not affecting the image) and a few have tears along the fold lines.
