Washington: Goverment Printing Office, 1916 178 pages, wear to paper boards especially on backstrip where the bottom inch is missing, some marks in the text- scarce in any condition. Also included with this is "Radio Communication Laws of the United States and the International Radiotelegraphic convention" July 27th, 1914, published in washington at the GPO. Regulations governing radio operators and the us of radio apparatus on ships and on land. This book is in better condition although there is some underlining, and a small sticker of the previous owner on both covers.
