Philadelphia: Impensis Emmor Kimber, 1815. Leather bound. Fair. Octavo. xviii, 359 pages. Marbled calf leather covers. Spine missing and replaced with thick black tape. Edge wear to the boards. Right front flyleaf, chipped on the foredge, is partly glued into the gutter. Moderate to heavy toning and foxing throughout the Latin Text. Inscription on the right front flyleaf reads - "W H Sims Hampden Sydney College July 1st, 1837. Two more inscriptions by Sims on the front blank end paper: Wm Sims Esq. June 8th, 183?" and W H Sims H. Sydney". Fair only.
