Publisher's full gray cloth, gilt (blue) lettering on spine, TEG (blue), fore-edge deckle. 8vo. 434 pp. Illustrated with B&W frontispiece portrait of Marie Antoinette with her children. Translated from the French by Denise Folliot. Former owner's name neatly stamped on the ffep, else fine. The dust jacket (now in Mylar) is worn, faded and has a 1" piece missing at the heel of the spine. FINE/GOOD.. Book Club Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall .
