Paris: Librairie J. Hetzel, 1866 Quarter cloth, 8vo. iii,300pp. The record of a journey begun in 1846; a further volume was published at Paris in 1876 with a different publisher. The spine has been rebacked in green cloth using the original red leather label, with the original marbled boards and endpapers, a nice copy of the first edition.
