Original publisher's blind-stamped navy cloth, lettered in gilt. Rubbed, some soiling to upper board and spine. Upper hinge exposed, lightly spotted. The first edition of Royal Navy officer Edward Keble Chatterton's history of Q-Ships, heavily armed merchant ships with concealed weaponry designed to lure submarines into making surface attacks, and their employment during the First World War. . First edition. 8vo.
