New York: McGraw-Hill, 1970. Leatherette. Very Good +. INSCRIBED BY ROBERT MOSES on the half-title. A very solid copy to boot of the 1970 1st edition, in its pebbled, navy-blue leatherette. Tight and VG+ to Near Fine, with light spotting along the fore-edge and one small splotch (the size of a postage stamp) at the front pastedown. Lacking the unprinted mylar dustjacket. Thick octavo, top-edge gilt.
