Bifolium (25.5cm); single sheet of heavy white card (measuring 14" x 10"), folded once to create a 4pp prospectus, with text letterpress printed in black and red, and an etching by James W. Johnson on front cover. Laid in is an original Kodak color photograph (5" x 6.25") of the finished book and slipcase. A Fine copy of this prospectus, announcing one of Bukowski's most elusive titles, designed and orchestrated by Joseph D'Ambrosio.
