Three paragraph statement about the book by Patchen; blurb by Henry Miller; and the names of some of the subscribers that made publication possible (Maxwell Perkins, E.E. Cummings, Wallace Stevens, James Laughlin, Louis Untermeyer, William Carlos Williams, Stephen Vincent Benet, etc.) One sheet, folded to make four pages. Slight edge-sunning; near fine. Uncommon ephemeral piece for what is perhaps Patchen's best-known book. Softcover. Near Fine.
