Prospectus provides a brief description of Josiah Warren, founder of Philosophical Anarchism in America. "It will be brought out as soon as a sufficient number of subscribers have sent in their names to the editor of 'Liberty.'" Though no publication information is provided, Bailie's biography would be published by Small, Maynard and Co. in 1906.
