London, UK: New York Bible and Common Prayer-Book Society Good Plus condition with moderate cover wear, edges and corners worn. Bound in full leather with raised bands on spine, "Proper Lessons" printed in gilt on spine, full gilt edges, full gilt banding on inside edges of front and back covers. Owner's name inside and phrase "St. Mark's church, not to be taken away" written on front and rear end sheets. Most pages clean but some with scattered light foxing. Binding strong. Printed by Eyer & Spottiswoode in London for New York use. No date of publication, but likely late 19th century.
