Leipzig: Weygandschen Buchhandlung, 1794. First Edition. Hardcover. Original cloth faded and worn; contents Fine. Two octavo volumes in original cloth with remnants of paper spine labels. Engraved portrait of David Hume on title page of the first volume. The first two volumes (of three). The missing last volume was the shortest. Heydenreich was a German philosopher and poet who was influenced by Immanuel Kant. His BETRACHTUNGEN (1790-1) was "the first real example of a Kantian philosophical theology."
