Publisher's blindstamped brown cloth, titled in gilt on spine; chocolate brown endpapers; [i]-xiv [15]-291,[1], 25-28,11-16 36 17-18 23-24, [1]pp; 18pp of publisher's ads at rear. A sound, unfaded copy with minor shelfwear, small losses at head and tail, corners exposed, internally clean: around Very Good. Mansel, a philosopher and theologian, argued that certain truths were beyond the limits of logic.
