Ce palais de Justice a été construit par Louis-Pierre Baltard entre 1835 et 1845, le long de la Saône. Monument majeur de Lyon, c'est un des plus beaux édifices néo-classiques français. L'architecte Louis-Pierre Baltard était aussi fort connu en son temps comme graveur. Il a notamment gravé des planches pour le "Voyage dans la Basse et Haute-Égypte" de Vivant-Denon et le "Voyage en Espagne" de Laborde. Le dos a été refait, les papiers de garde renouvelés. Ex libris doré sur le premier plat : Mle Lily Descressonniere. Bel exemplaire, grand de marges. *** In-4 de (4), 23 pp., 11 planches dépliantes hors-texte. Demi-chagrin vert, dos orné, couverture imprimées conservées.
