Includes description of venues and events, schedule, ticket prices, maps, instructions for travel and places to stay. Illustrated with photos, maps and diagrams. Covers lightly rubbed edges and surfaces with a small area of discoloration to the metallic gold color of the top edge of the front cover. Tiny binding holes perforate the top and bottom spine corners. Uncommon. G++ .
