HARDCOVER, bound in contemporary half calf and marbled boards, rubbed, 2 contrasting gilt morocco lettering-pieces to spine, gilt tooling at foot, small old shelf ticket to spine, old military institutional stamps to title, two ink spots on first endpapers, slight wear to spine-ends, some foxing. In a very good condition, excellent plates, rather fresh. ~ FIRST EDITION. With a suite of fine and very detailed illustrations, stone lithographed. D-2
