Washington DC: GPO, 1953. Pamphlet. 10p., printed double-column on matte stock and provided with left-margin punch-holes for ready-reference storage. No illustrations. Softbound as a stapled pamphlet in 11x8.5 inch plain printed grey wraps, mild external dust-soil, faint edgewear, entirely clean and unmarked within. B-1, bindery series. Introductory comment: "As might be expected, much traditional secrecy is still maintained in the application of the art" --although chemical composition of the pigments is by now on record.
