Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2004 Near fine book, a scrape and a smudge on the front free end paper from the removal of a sticker. Foot of spine slightly creased. The dust jacket is very good, considerably creased at the top edge of the jacket with some pressure marking and surface wear to the lamination of the covers and a scuff mark with some loss to the lamination on the front flap of the jacket. Reprint. Signed by the author with best wishes, Cheltenham, October 2004.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hardcover.
