London: John Murray, 1921. First Edition. Hardcover. Octavo, xviii, 346 pages. In Good plus condition. Spine is red with gilt lettering. Boards have shelf wear, bumping to corners, and mild rubbing. Text block has minor pencil writing on the front paste down, minor foxing throughout, minor tearing along the bottom edge of the title page, minor closed tear on page x, and first front end paper is partially shaken from the binding.
