HOLMAN, the printer, DAVID HOLMAN, and the illustrator, BARBARA HOLMAN. Mustard-colored cloth-cevered boards, printed paper labels on spine and front board, 13 7/8 x 9 3/4 inches, 107 pp. Printed on laid paper molded by L. Guarro Casas of Barcelona. Fine in a mylar jacket. Includes an entry for Bateman, Ed: The Instinct Never Dies (pp.26-27 & 62), with reference to the famous Bateman letter written to Dudley Dobie.
