The Printer & The Pardoner, An Unrecorded Indulgence Printed by Willam Caxton for the Hospial of St. Mary Rounceval. 101 pages, rare reproduction of William Caxton's work and printing detail, along with the church, printing and social history, concise history of England's first printer, illustartions of printing as well as fold out example. Book is Fine in never read condition, green cloth with gilt titles on front board and on spine. Jacket is Fine and protected in mylar cover, not a blemish. Near Mint example of this intereting work. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
