First edition but later state, title page dated 1882, Franklin Press imprint on copyright page but with corrections made to the printing errors in the first state. Green cloth lettered and decorated in gilt and in black. Worn but sturdy copy with rubbed covers, heavier rubbing to the joints and edges, front hinge internally reglued, text block sound with what appears to be an older regluing to the inner margin between two of the advertising pages at the front, pages lightly age-toned but clean, name and city neatly written on front free endpaper, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
