Harper & Brothers, New York and London, 1904. Hardcover. Good. Hillcrest Edition. Vol. XIX of the uniform printings. Tissue guarded frontispiece and 2 other full page illustrations. Olive green cloth, leather spine labels, gilt stamped spine lettering; top edges gilt. The volume is lightly soiled, edge worn with a bit of fraying on the spine crown, has a couple of rubbed spots on the leather spine label (touching, but not interfering with the lettering), and the top gilt is lightly soiled. The interior is over opened in a few places (mull is exposed in at least one instance) and one of the plates is separated from the binding (laid in loosely).
