Burgundy boards with gold writing on spine; book and dust jackets are in Fine Condition. Book also has sewn-n black cloth bookmark; tight binding and pages still look in excellent condition.
Shocklines First Edition (limited edition); First Printing as indicated by "first edition" and no other printings listed on copyright page.
Signed four times by author:
(1) On special tipped in page by publisher. This page also contains inscription and denotation of "AC" (or Author's Copy).
(2) Handwritten letter by author to friend "Jeff" ... author states that he had "been thinking about writing [novel] since I was in my early twenties".
(3) On back of additional dust jacket with generic inscription of "Best Wishes". This dust jacket was by Ace publisher, who printed the novel after the limited edition.
(4) Collector Card #1 signed by author in silver pen.
Clegg's first installment in his Vampyricon series. Hardcover and original unclipped Shocklines edition dust jacket protected by archival Mylar cover. Second signed Ace dust jacket NOT protected by archival Mylar cover so that author's signature can be seen.
