Evelyn Scott (1893-1963) was an American author who was very active in the 1920s and 1930s but largely forgotten before her death in 1963. She wrote 12 novles, 2 volumes of poetry, 4 children's books, and 2 autobiographical works from 1921 to 1941. In this praised biography, D. A. Callard draws on a variet of sources to present a full picture of this interesting and rebellious American writer. Book is in Fine Condition: clean and bright. Dust jacket is in Near Fine Condition: slightly rubbed; clean and bright.
