About This Item

This book features a good dust jacket with an illustration specially designed for The 21st Century library by Mr. Eric Gill, beige cloth binding. The pages are securely bound and in very good condition. Clean inside, no markings, original price on inside Dust Jacket in pencil. The boards are in extremely good condition, with bright vibrant text in black and red. The corners and spine ends have slight bumping, and the book has a very slight forward lean. The dust jacket is unclipped and has light wear on the edges with small tears and chipping. The jacket also has moderate discoloration and very few marks. Spine sunned somewhat. Overall, a very fine edition, with a good rare good dust jacket, from one of the best known English journalists of the time, A.J. Cummings, 'The Press and a changing Civilization' edited by V.K. Krishna Memon.
