Hardback. Heinemann London 1943. This books is a First edition of 'Present Laughter' by Noel Coward. Hardback lacking dustjacket.. Scarce copy of this first English edition. Lightly dusty boards are nice and strong and bear gilt titles at spine. A little sunned to a few small areas. Neat inscription in ink to the front. Referred to as 'The Master' Noel Coward embodied all that was flamboyant as well at witty. Multi-talented as English playwright, composer, director, actor and singer, much of his work is still performed today. Not exlib etc and packed and sent with care.
