In near fine condition, minor bumping to corners and spine ends, minor scratch to front cover and some minor outside page soiling. DJ is good, has minor chipping and tearing, a 1" rip at top of front panel that has been tape repaired by previous owner, price has been clipped, now protected in mylar.
