Front cover has small area of faint discoloration at lower left corner. Spine of cover has a one inch area with some thin cracks/creases. Cover also has light general wear. Page edges have a tiny bit of pink pen. Inside clean and unmarked, binding tight. Includes a history of the 50 years, and many black and white photos. Very scarce commemorative book.
