Includes Table of Cases at front, Index at rear. ; 6" x 9-1/2"; xi, 408 pp; Ex-library (withdrawn), rebound decades ago in library buckram retaining marbled papers boards (quite possibly original to the book) and the original? gilt lettered burgundy spine labels. Library markings inside covers, blindstamp to title/copyright pages, minimal red markings on copyright page, no additional markings. Covers rubbed/soiled, spine labels chipped at edge. Very solid binding. Paper toned at edges, the occasional brown spot scattered throughout, otherwise clean and unmarked. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
