NY: Putnam; (1904). First US Edition . Hardcover. Very good in dark blue cloth with no dust jacket. The cloth is a little worn, and the spine lettering is dulled but still readable. Part I and Part II are in this one volume - 28 portraits in all, each with an illustration. 904 total pages, with some pages at the end uncut. A tight and clean copy, with no names or other writing in the book.
