Hodder and Stoughton Ltd, 1934. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1934. First Edition. 320 pages. No dust jacket. Grey cloth boards with lettering. Hinges are heavily cracked with exposed netting. Clean pages with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. Front free endpaper is missing. Pencil markings to half title page. Binding is slightly loose. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Book has a heavy forward lean. Visible wear marks to boards.
