Head of spine frayed and crumpled, boards sl. faded. 23, [1], [4]blank pages, half-title, title, xvi, 322 [1] pages. Illustrated with 20 hand-coloured plates, all present. Webbing to inner hinges visible at endpapers, upper hinge slightly tender, lacks front free (blank) endpaper. Generally a clean and sound copy.
