Gilt pictorial cloth pp. xii, 358 and 2 publisher's advertisements (168 x 135 mm) Illustrated with twenty fine hand-coloured lithographic plates ('Sowerby del. et lith. Vincent Brooks Imp'). Edges uncut. An ownership signature, an ownership rubber stamp and a bookseller's impressed stamp all at head of front free endpaper. Head and foot of spine, corners of boards and lower edges of boards lightly rubbed; front inner hinge split; a clean tear to one plate; otherwise an about fine copy.
