About This Item

Early poetry by the American poet, memoirist, novelist, meditation teacher, speaker, and workshop leader Albert Flynn DeSilver.
The poem is a meditation on nature.
Per the Acknowledgment in this very small, 3" x 3", 16pg. booklet: the original title was "The Pond" but as there was already a poem with that title, it was changed to "A Pond". The poem first appeared in draft form in the magazine Convolvulus, Issue #31, Spring 2001; it was originally written on October 23, 2000 in North Mendocino, California.
Add'l Note: on the back cover, the word "Espirit" has been blacked out by a magic marker. Booklet was found this way; otherwise in very good condition.
