Demy octavo, [219cm/7.75inches], full fancy ebony & gilt-embossed olive-brown cloth sans dust jackenet, pp. 137. Illustrated with b-w halftones &tc. Please feel free to inquire as to particulars and/or additional photographs. ... The title may very well been influenced by the publication, 1841–1846, of Bells and Pomegranates, a series of eight pamphlets, originally intended just to include his plays which fortunatly for his career, his publisher, Moxon, persuaded him to include some "dramatic lyrics", some of which had already appeared in periodicals.
