Glasgow: D.A. Borrenstein, 1840. 1st edition. Very Good. 32 mo.. full leather xxii + 254, vi + 272pp., frontis., illusts., Two volumes bound as one. Comprises Hudibras & The Remains of Butler. For some odd reason a title-page & frontis. from a J. Walker London edition of Hudibras is bound before the title-page. Also a 2pp. book catalogue of Allan Bell and Co., London bound at rear. Bound in red decorated leather boards. All edges gilt. Size: 10 x 6 cms. Some rubbing to boards but a nice copy & internally very good indeed
