[3], vi-viii, [3], 4-530, [2]; [3], vi-xi, [4], 4-416, [2]; [3], viii, [5], 6-392, [2]; [3], vi, [2], 3-407, [3]; [3], vi-[5], 6-447, [3]; [3], vi, [3], 4-479, [3] pp. Full later nineteenth-century marbled calf with the spines in six compartments, a red and green morocco label on each spine, gilt rules on the boards and spines, gilt decorations to the turn-ins; all edges marbled. Marbled endpapers and pastedowns. Bound without the half-titles. Volume one illustrated with a frontispiece portrait of Lord Byron. Lowndes 338. Volumes one through three printed in 1855, volumes four through six with the date 1856 on the title page. A beautiful set of Byron's canon, and a premier collection of English romantic poetry. Minor wear to the extremities; a contemporary name on the first blank leaf of each volume, volume five shows a tiny tear to one leaf's fore-edge.
