Walter Scoot, 1884. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1884. First Edition. 304 pages. No dust jacket. Decorated brown cloth. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Occasional thumb-marking present. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Cracking to hinges with exposed binding, causing rear board to be slightly loose. Light scuffing to text-block edges. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Notable tanning to spine and edges. Dark brown marking to boards. Scuffing along spine joints.
